The Fine Print

Delivery & Pick up

Please read all product descriptions carefully for delivery and pickup requirements as well as important item details before ordering. *Always check the banner at the top of each page for the current order fulfillment dates before ordering.* 

We currently offer local delivery and pick-up only, we do not ship. However, we will personally deliver the goods to your door with a smile 🙂 Please visit our delivery page to see if your address is in our area. Delivery is FREE with a $39.00 order (HOORAY!) or a flat $5.00 fee (THAT’S NOT SO BAD!) within the allotted area. Residence outside this area are limited to pick up for now, but keep up the demand and we will expand! Pick up is available Wednesday or Friday between 3pm & 6pm.

Deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays and *Fridays and are available between 1pm  & 6pm. We cannot currently schedule or guarantee an exact delivery time. You will have the option to provide us a drop-off cooler to facilitate the delivery of your order if you are unavailable to receive it in person. We can not be held responsible for the welfare of your order after delivery. Please make sure proper arrangements are in place prior to the arrival of your order. We have a limited number of coolers available for unforeseen circumstances.  We will, of course, do everything in our power to suit your needs, but as two humble chicks we sure do appreciate your cooperation and understanding 🙂

*We are currently only offering Wednesday delivery, with the exception of Friday deliveries on certain gift baskets. 

Returns & Refunds

We will not be offering returns, refunds or exchanges. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase. Due to the nature of the marketplace and the multitude of individuals and steps involved to take these amazing products from the source to your door a refund program is not possible at this time. Now, we are not unreasonable people, in fact we are quite eager to please you, our loyal and faithful customer. In the event that we have royally screwed up or something has been terribly misrepresented, please do contact us at hello@chicchicmarket.com. All claims will be handled on a case by case basis and resolved to the best of our abilities, a refund, return or exchange is not guaranteed, but we do aim to please 🙂
