Mill Hollow Hummus


Our home made Mill Hollow Hummus is a classic here at House of Nutrition! Hummus is a great dip to have on hand for your mid-afternoon snack attack, as chickpeas are high in protein and fiber, which will leave you feeling satisfied.

Cut up some carrot sticks, celery, bell peppers, or even apple for fun dipping finger foods for kids. Tahini (sesame seed paste) is high in calcium and B vitamins. You can also use hummus as a low fat sandwich spread. When it comes to bean dips, the sky’s the limit!

Ingredients: chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt.
