Prepared solely from our select garlic varieties, our black garlic is heat treated at 150F under controlled humidity for about 30 days. It is then cured in our certified kitchen for a minimum of 10 days before making it to your table.
The taste is complex, sweet meets savory, with notes of molasses and balsamic vinegar and subtle undertones of garlic. It offers superfood qualities with about two times the amount of antioxidants as that of fresh garlic, without the garlic breath!
Store your black garlic in the sealed bag at room temperature. It will last about a year.
Eat the whole cloves as a healthful snack. Add it to sauces, marinades, dressings or dips. Chop it and add to pasta, salad, meats, seafood, or cheese. Most importantly, ENJOY!
